We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the food and beverage industry and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules, inventory control, and budget management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Train and motivate staff to maintain high levels of performance and professionalism
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional activities to attract new customers
- Build relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing on ingredients and supplies

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Proven track record in managing budgets, inventory control, and achieving financial targets
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including food preparation, sanitation standards, and customer service best practices
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to obtain work visa (sponsorship available for Indians)
