Carpenter

A reputable construction company in Al-Rayyan is currently seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in carpentry work and must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to specifications
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim
- Build scaffolding and other temporary structures for construction projects
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and smooth materials
- Inspect wood products for defects or damage before beginning work
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working on construction sites

Requirements:
- Must be Pakistani national with valid residence permit in Qatar
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in carpentry work
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Must have strong attention to detail and be able to read blueprints accurately
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team as needed
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
