Art Director for Indian Candidates in Ar-Ruwais, UAE



We are hiring an experienced and creative Art Director who is proficient in English for our advertising agency in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for managing and directing the visual aspects of our advertising campaigns, ensuring that they are visually appealing and effective in conveying the message to our target audience.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and objectives
- Develop concepts and designs for advertisements, including print, digital, and social media platforms
- Create mood boards, storyboards, and sketches to present ideas to clients
- Select photographs, illustrations, or other design elements to incorporate into the final product
- Ensure that all designs align with the client's brand guidelines
- Oversee the work of graphic designers and other artists to ensure high-quality output
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Art Director or similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles such as layout, composition, color theory
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
