Administrative Assistant - Dukhan, Qatar
An established company in Dukhan is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have excellent communication and time management skills. They should also have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to various departments within the company
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees when necessary
- Assist with invoicing and billing processes
- Order office supplies as needed
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
