Restaurant Manager



We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee our establishment in El-Ain. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high levels of hygiene and cleanliness.

Your main duties will include overseeing daily operations, creating staff schedules, ordering supplies and managing inventory, handling customer complaints and inquiries, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed. You will also be responsible for hiring and training new staff members, as well as conducting performance evaluations for current employees.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in the food service industry and proven leadership skills. A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset are also essential.

This position offers a salary of $1000 per month with the potential for bonuses based on performance. Accommodation will be provided for the right candidate.
