Sales Representative - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Malayalee Candidates Preferred)

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers in the local market.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Prepare sales contracts and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that will increase sales

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Familiarity with CRM software is an asset
- Fluent in Malayalam; knowledge of English is an advantage
- Must be willing to work full-time with visa sponsorship
