We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping operations at our prestigious hotel in Umm-Said. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities. Your attention to detail and strong leadership skills will ensure that our guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel
- Train, supervise, and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure all areas are well-maintained
- Respond promptly to guest requests for housekeeping services or concerns about room cleanliness
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring appropriate levels are maintained at all times
- Collaborate with other departments such as Front Desk, Maintenance, and Laundry to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Monitor expenses related to housekeeping operations within budgetary guidelines

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a hotel setting
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, equipment, chemicals, and safety protocols
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining a positive work environment
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an asset
