Housekeeping Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the housekeeping department
- Train, supervise, and schedule housekeeping staff
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Handle guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Monitor budget and expenses for the housekeeping department
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Housekeeping Manager
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including laundry, maintenance, and front desk procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable depending on experience)
Location: Umm-Said, Qatar
