The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations at our luxurious resort in Umm-Said, Qatar. As a key member of the management team, you will ensure that our guests experience the highest level of cleanliness and comfort during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and train a team of housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the resort
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure they meet our standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies, equipment, and linens
- Oversee laundry operations to ensure timely delivery of clean linens and uniforms
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests for additional amenities or services
- Handle guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role at a luxury hotel or resort
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and laundry operations
- Understanding of budgeting and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed

Salary:
$1800 per month (tax-free) plus benefits including accommodation, transportation, medical insurance, and annual flight tickets.
