Entry Level Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Entry Level Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As an English speaking job, this role requires proficiency in both spoken and written English. Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for team members
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and invoicing
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy
