We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dukhan. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and providing support to various departments within the company. Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records
- Provide support to different departments by assisting with data entry, preparing reports, and conducting research
- Communicate with clients and other external parties to gather information and respond to inquiries
- Assist with visa sponsorship processes as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Ensure all administrative procedures are followed accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- No previous experience required; training will be provided
This position offers a salary of 1400$ per month with additional benefits. Pakistani or Malayalee candidates are preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply.
