We are hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate measurements and gathering data on land and construction sites. You will also be responsible for creating maps, plans, and reports for our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct land surveys to determine boundaries, topography, and other features using specialized equipment.
- Prepare detailed reports and drawings of survey findings.
- Use computer software to analyze data and create maps and plans.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accuracy in project planning and design.
- Provide expert advice on land use regulations and zoning laws.
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and ensure all information is kept confidential.
- Oversee the work of junior surveyors or assistants as needed.
- Travel to various construction sites to conduct field surveys.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Land Surveyor.
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners.
- Strong understanding of land surveying techniques and principles.
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of computer software such as AutoCAD or GIS programs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with others.

This is a contract job with a salary of $1500 per month. While no English language skills are required for this position, fluency in Arabic would be preferred. This position is open to all nationalities but candidates must have their own visa for working in Saudi Arabia.
