Indian Waiter in Mecca, Saudi Arabia



We are currently hiring for a full-time Waiter position at our restaurant in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As an Indian Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests while ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. This position is open to both men and women.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the system
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up for the next guests
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests with patience and professionalism
- Process payment transactions accurately using POS system

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be physically fit to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods of time
