Waiter/Waitress

Our busy restaurant in Mecca is seeking a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and take orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks to customers with attention to detail
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Process payment transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic (English proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to provide top-notch customer service with a smile
- Strong multitasking abilities while maintaining attention to detail
- Good knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant promotions
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
