Senior Accountant


We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of our company and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow projections.
- Monitor budgets and track expenses.
- Conduct regular reviews of financial processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
- Provide support during audits and assist in the preparation of audit schedules.
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 5 years of experience as an Accountant, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
