Baker - Dubai, UAE (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are currently hiring for a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, such as breads, pastries, and cakes, according to recipes and customer requests. Indian nationals with prior experience in baking are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes and prepare a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cakes
- Decorate baked goods using icing, glazes or toppings
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Ensure all products are baked to perfection and meet quality standards
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Clean and maintain equipment used for baking
- Adhere to food safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Baker or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Attention to detail with excellent time-management skills
- Creativity in decorating baked goods is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Indian nationality preferred
