Sales Manager - Indian Nationals

We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Sharjah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and driving sales performance to meet and exceed targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives
- Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and support to improve results
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ activities
- Prepare regular sales reports for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the same industry or related field
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus

We offer a competitive salary package of 1400$ per month, as well as other benefits including health insurance, annual leave, and commission. This position is open only to Indian nationals who are currently residing in Sharjah or willing to relocate.
