Restaurant Manager - Abu Dhabi, UAE


The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Abu Dhabi. They will ensure that all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, food quality, and staff management, are meeting company standards and goals. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with both customers and staff.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues or complaints
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency
- Train and supervise staff on job responsibilities, company policies, and procedures
- Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during busy periods
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products at competitive prices
- Handle cash management and financial reporting accurately

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred but not required
- At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role or similar position
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Understanding of financial reports and budgeting processes
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
