Construction Manager

Our construction company in Ajman is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects. This position is suitable for male candidates from Pakistan with prior experience in managing construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Ensure that all project tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Hire, train, and manage construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficient in project management software

Salary: 1100$ per month
