Dietitian Specialist


Our growing healthcare facility in Manama is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dietitian Specialist to join our team. As a Dietitian Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' nutritional needs and developing customized meal plans to improve their overall health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments of patients and develop individualized meal plans based on their specific needs and dietary restrictions
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for patients
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to meal plans as needed
- Educate patients on healthy eating habits and provide guidance on food choices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition
- Maintain accurate records of patient consultations, progress, and outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving patient care and services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution
- Valid license/registration as a Dietitian from the relevant regulatory body
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Dietitian in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of nutrition principles, human anatomy, physiology, and chronic disease management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to patients in an easy-to-understand manner
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this full-time position. Additional benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities will also be provided.

Location:
This position is based in Manama, Bahrain. However, applicants from other nationalities are welcome to apply if they already possess their own visa.
