Sales Executive - Sharjah, Pakistan

We are a leading retail company in Sharjah looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers and their needs
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by management
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals
- Continuously improve product knowledge to effectively educate customers on features and benefits

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software is an asset
