Responsibilities:

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to improve results
- Train new team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies
- Collaborate with marketing department to create promotional campaigns and materials
- Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the Indian market
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a successful team
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- In-depth knowledge of Indian culture, values, customs, and business practices
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Valid work permit for Saudi Arabia
