Mason Supervisor

We are currently hiring a skilled Mason Supervisor to join our growing team in Jeddah. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons, ensuring the timely completion of projects and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires experience in masonry and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons, providing guidance and direction
- Plan and schedule work assignments to meet project deadlines
- Inspect work progress to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Order necessary materials and maintain inventory levels
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during projects
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other team members

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a mason or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of masonry work including bricklaying, tiling, and concrete work
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- English fluency is preferred but not required

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
