Loader Supervisor


We are in need of a highly motivated and experienced Loader Supervisor to oversee our loading operations in Mecca. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of loaders and ensuring the safe and efficient loading of goods onto trucks or other transportation vehicles. This position is suitable for Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have previous experience in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily loading operations based on delivery schedules
- Assign tasks to loaders and oversee their work to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety protocols
- Inspect loaded goods to ensure they are secure and meet quality standards
- Communicate with truck drivers to coordinate loading procedures
- Maintain accurate records of loaded goods, including weight, quantity, and destination
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the loading process

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with proficiency in English
- Previous experience as a Loader Supervisor or similar role
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Ability to work full time without accommodation provided
