A reputable construction company in Al-Khor, Qatar is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and fabrication, with a focus on quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Measure and mark dimensions for welding projects
- Cut, shape, and weld metal pieces using various tools and techniques
- Ensure welds meet company standards for strength and durability
- Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality control
- Perform regular maintenance on welding equipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working on job sites

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Proficient in TIG, MIG, stick, and flux-cored welding techniques
- Familiarity with welding safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings accurately
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality workmanship
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy materials, and work in various positions for extended periods of time
- Valid certification in welding preferred
