Staff Nurse - Medina, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking a qualified and experienced Staff Nurse to join our growing team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. Our healthcare facility is specifically looking for Indian nationals with a valid nursing license and at least 2 years of work experience.

As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care and assisting doctors in various medical procedures. You will also be expected to maintain accurate patient records and monitor their health conditions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, compassion and empathy towards patients, and strong attention to detail.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with accommodation and visa sponsorship. As this is a male-dominated profession, we are only considering male candidates for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care according to established nursing protocols
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor
- Monitor patient's vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the doctor
- Maintain accurate patient records and update them regularly
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
- Educate patients on their medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up care
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license from India
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Staff Nurse
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are an added advantage)
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
