Electrician Supervisor

As an Electrician Supervisor, you will oversee and manage a team of electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. Based in Dubai, you will be responsible for ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of electricians to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks
- Plan and assign daily tasks to team members based on project requirements
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being performed according to safety standards
- Train and mentor team members on proper installation techniques and safety procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during projects
- Ensure all materials are ordered and delivered on time for project completion
- Coordinate with other departments or contractors as needed for project completion
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, hours worked, materials used, etc.
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an electrician with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Must hold a valid biometric passport from Pakistan
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Knowledge of local electrical codes and regulations in Dubai
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Physically fit with good dexterity for working with tools and equipment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends if required

Salary: 1100$ per month
