Restaurant Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Riyadh. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and training staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining quality standards, and meeting financial targets. You should have previous experience in the restaurant industry and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, inventory management, budgeting, and customer service
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent service standards are met
- Monitor and maintain food quality to meet company standards
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Monitor sales and expenses to meet financial targets
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food industry
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is essential
- Strong understanding of financial management principles
- Must be fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work full-time with own visa
Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
