We are hiring a Restaurant Manager for our Indian restaurant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service, and managing the restaurant staff. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant operations
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Train and develop staff to maintain high-quality service and standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Maintain a positive work environment and lead by example

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine is an asset
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
