We are hiring a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage all construction activities in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Your main goal will be to deliver high-quality construction projects while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all construction activities in Riyadh.
- Develop project schedules and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of construction sites.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and quality of work.
- Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and making necessary adjustments.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design plans and safety standards.
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Manager in the Middle East.
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.
