We are hiring a Handyman to join our team in Dar Kulaib! As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties. This is an excellent opportunity for students or individuals with limited experience to gain hands-on experience in the maintenance field.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Repair or replace broken fixtures and appliances
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify areas in need of maintenance
- Keep track of inventory and purchase supplies as needed
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Prior experience in basic maintenance or repair work (preferred)
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry techniques
- Ability to use tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Strong communication skills for interacting with tenants, colleagues, and suppliers
- Physically fit to perform tasks that may require heavy lifting or working in tight spaces

Salary: $1800 per month.
Location: Dar Kulaib.
Nationality: Preference for Bahraini nationals.
