Cashier (Pakistani/Malayalee) in Sharjah, UAE
We are hiring a cashier with Pakistani or Malayalee nationality to join our team in Sharjah! As a cashier, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, maintaining accurate records of sales and inventory, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous cashier experience, strong numerical skills, and fluency in English. Visa sponsorship will be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with friendly and efficient service
- Scan items, collect payments, and issue receipts
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Handle refunds and exchanges in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies
- Keep the checkout area clean and organized
- Assist with restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues professionally
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role
- Strong numerical skills with the ability to handle cash accurately
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Must have valid UAE residence visa (sponsorship available)
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with 6 days working per week. Shift timings will vary based on business needs.
Salary:
A competitive salary of 1300$ per month will be offered to the selected candidate.
