House Manager/Personal Assistant

We are in need of a highly organized and efficient House Manager/Personal Assistant to oversee the daily operations of a private household in Ar-Ruwais. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing a household and be able to provide exceptional service to the employer. As the House Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating events and appointments, creating schedules, and overseeing all household tasks. You must possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and have strong problem-solving abilities. This is a live-in position with accommodation provided. Preference will be given to Indian nationals with own visa and English speaking ability. Students looking for part-time work are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Manage household staff including scheduling, training, and assigning tasks
- Coordinate appointments, events, and travel arrangements for employer
- Create weekly schedules for all household tasks and ensure they are completed on time
- Maintain inventory of household supplies and place orders as needed
- Oversee home maintenance and repairs
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Handle administrative tasks such as paying bills, organizing paperwork, and managing budgets
- Plan and execute special events or gatherings as requested by the employer
- Act as a liaison between the employer and other external parties such as vendors or contractors

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a House Manager or similar role in a private household
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to think on your feet
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles for budget management
- Experience managing staff and creating schedules
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends if needed
Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
