As a Loader, you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials onto trucks, ensuring they are secured properly and accurately recording inventory. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment. Prior experience is not required as on-the-job training will be provided. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials onto trucks using appropriate equipment
- Ensure that all materials are properly secured and accounted for
- Accurately record inventory of loaded materials
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe work environment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Prior experience in loading or warehouse work is preferred but not required

Salary:
Starting salary of $900 per month with potential for increase based on performance.
