Handyman/General Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a skilled Handyman/General Maintenance Worker to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, and equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, and general repairs.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing repairs, electrical work, and carpentry
- Conduct routine inspections of building systems and equipment to identify any issues or potential problems
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or building management
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and procedures
- Assist with the installation of new equipment or fixtures as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant trade experience (plumbing, electrical work, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must have valid visa sponsorship or be willing to obtain one if necessary

Preference will be given to Indian nationals but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. This is also a great opportunity for students looking for part-time or summer jobs. Fluency in English is required.

Salary: 1600$ per month.
