Merchandiser - Dubai


As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper display and promotion of products in retail stores in Dubai. Your main goal will be to increase sales and brand visibility through effective merchandising strategies. You will work closely with the sales team and store managers to develop and implement merchandising plans that align with company objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure products are properly displayed and promoted according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with sales team to ensure timely restocking of products
- Collaborate with store managers to create eye-catching displays that attract customers
- Train store staff on product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and brand messaging
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform merchandising strategies
- Work closely with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support merchandising efforts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising or retail management
- Knowledge of visual design principles and experience creating visually appealing displays
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Proven track record of increasing sales through effective merchandising strategies
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Salary:
As a Merchandiser in Dubai, you can expect a salary of 1600$ per month. Additional benefits may include health insurance, paid vacation, and performance bonuses.
