Front Desk Receptionist - Al-Rayyan, Qatar
We are hiring a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company and provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
- Update calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role in a professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Professional attitude with good multitasking abilities
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
Salary: 1700$ per month (tax-free)
