Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Khasab. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Create and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Take dictation, type documents, and proofread for accuracy
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare reports for management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred
Salary:
We are offering a salary of 1000$ per month for this contract position.

This job is located in Khasab.
Accommodation:
This is a contract job without accommodation provided. The chosen candidate must have their own housing arrangements in Khasab.
