Sales Manager

A reputable company in Al-Kuwait is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. This position is open to candidates of all nationalities, with a preference for Pakistani and Egyptian applicants.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, driving business growth, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your main duties will include setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and support to team members.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor team members are essential. You should also possess excellent communication skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. Our company also provides accommodation for employees if needed. We welcome candidates who are fluent in English or Arabic but it is not a strict requirement.
