A reputable medical facility in Sakaka is seeking a skilled and experienced Phlebotomist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in performing blood draws, labeling and processing specimens, and maintaining accurate records of all collected samples. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of patients during the blood collection process. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture on patients
- Properly label and process collected specimens
- Maintain accurate records of all samples collected
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during blood collection procedures
- Follow proper safety procedures to prevent contamination or injury
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members regarding patient care
- Keep inventory of phlebotomy supplies and equipment
- Adhere to established quality control procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certificate or degree in phlebotomy preferred but not required
- At least 1 year of experience as a Phlebotomist
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and techniques
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
