Cleaner Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cleaner Supervisor to join our team in Muscat. As a Cleaner Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the cleaning operations at various locations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure high-quality standards are met
- Develop cleaning schedules and assign tasks to staff
- Inspect and maintain cleanliness of designated areas
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to management
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding cleaning services
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cleaner or in a similar supervisory role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Good knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends or evenings if needed

Preference:
- Previous experience working in Muscat or the Middle East region.
