Part-Time Restaurant Manager


We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Restaurant Manager in Nizwa. This position is perfect for students or individuals looking for part-time work without previous experience.

As the Part-Time Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. This includes managing staff, ensuring smooth service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and handling customer inquiries and complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise restaurant staff to ensure efficient operations
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Create schedules for staff to ensure proper coverage during operating hours
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food orders
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Must be a student or have availability for part-time work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train employees
- Knowledge of basic restaurant operations and procedures is an asset

Working Hours:
Part-time hours, flexible schedule (evenings/weekends)

Salary:
