Restaurant Manager
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Nizwa. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management and a strong understanding of food and beverage service. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including front and back of house operations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and quality food
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to maintain a high-quality team
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for guests and employees
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in restaurant management
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Excellent communication skills with both customers and staff members
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one quickly
- Must be able to work without accommodation in Nizwa
