Job Title: Part-Time Administrator for International Company in Al-Rayyan

An international company based in Al-Rayyan is seeking a part-time administrator to join their team. This position is open to candidates of all nationalities and no English proficiency is required. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and time management skills, as well as previous experience in an administrative role.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Coordinating travel arrangements for team members
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering when needed
- Assisting with data entry and record keeping
- Providing general administrative support to the team

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in any language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: 900$ per month (pro-rated for part-time hours)
