Waiter/Waitress


We are hiring a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Riyadh. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a seasonal position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely manner
- Present menus and take orders from customers
- Serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Process payments accurately using the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is an asset)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25lbs
