Instrument Technician



We are currently hiring for an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Sharjah. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instrumentation equipment in a variety of industries.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair various types of instrumentation equipment such as sensors, transmitters, recorders, and controllers
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on instrumentation equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instrumentation equipment
- Perform calibrations and adjustments to ensure accuracy of instruments
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed on instrumentation equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate work schedules and ensure equipment is functioning properly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing job duties

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician or in a similar role
- Diploma or certification in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering preferred
- Familiarity with different types of instrumentation equipment and their functions
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics for troubleshooting purposes
- Knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and control loops is a plus
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. Preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English. This is not a live-in position, so applicants must have their own accommodation. Candidates must also have their own valid visa that allows them to work in Sharjah.
