We are a highly reputable coffee shop in El-Ain, UAE and we are looking for a talented and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating high-quality coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about coffee and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to company standards
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the barista station at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling cash transactions
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and brewing methods
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista in a high-volume establishment
- Fluent in English (Malayalee language skills are preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have availability to work on weekends and holidays if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month, along with additional benefits such as accommodation.
