Barista - Coffee Shop Staff (El-Ain, India)


A bustling coffee shop in El-Ain is seeking an experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and tea beverages to our customers. Your passion for all things coffee and tea, along with your exceptional customer service skills, will make you a valuable addition to our team.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee and tea beverages
- Ensure consistent quality of drinks by following recipes and standards
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and handling complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in food service industry
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds

Salary: $1000 per month (contract position)
