Manager for Indian Contract Workers in El-Ain


As a Manager for Indian Contract Workers in El-Ain, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, placement, and management of Indian contract workers in the city. Your main duties will include coordinating with local companies to identify job opportunities for Indian workers, conducting interviews and selecting suitable candidates, and providing support and guidance to workers throughout their contract period.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with local companies to understand their labor needs and identify suitable job opportunities for Indian workers.
- Conduct interviews, screen resumes, and select qualified candidates to fulfill job openings.
- Coordinate with immigration authorities to ensure timely processing of visas and work permits for hired workers.
- Provide orientation and cultural sensitivity training to newly recruited workers.
- Facilitate travel arrangements and provide support throughout the relocation process.
- Act as a liaison between the company and the contracted workers, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during their employment period.
- Monitor the performance of contracted workers and provide guidance on improving productivity and work quality.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of all contracted workers' information, including contracts, visas, work permits, etc.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment or human resources management.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to hiring foreign contract workers is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Indian culture is preferred.
