Loader Operator



We are currently hiring a Loader Operator to join our team in Medina, Africa. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as loaders to load and unload materials at construction sites or other industrial areas. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and physical stamina.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment including loaders to load and unload materials at construction sites or other industrial areas
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of the loader by conducting pre-shift inspections and regular maintenance checks
- Manipulate levers, pedals, and switches to control movements of the loader
- Follow loading and unloading procedures to ensure proper distribution of materials on trucks or conveyor belts
- Communicate with truck drivers or other equipment operators to coordinate loading/unloading activities
- Monitor material stock levels and communicate any shortages or issues to the supervisor
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while operating the loader
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating loaders in a construction or industrial setting
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals in English (basic understanding of English required)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception for precise movement of the loader
- Familiarity with basic maintenance procedures for loaders is preferred
- Biometric passport preferred (or willing to obtain one)
- Must be able to work without accommodation (housing allowance provided)

Salary: $1300 per month
